2009 was a busy, successful year for us.

Ryan and Trey represented people in criminal cases ranging from felonies to misdemeanors, drug charges, embezzlement, DUI's, Domestic Violence and other crimes.  Ryan and Trey also represented clients who were seriously injured in automobile collisions, motorcycle accidents, and as a result of psychiatric malpractice.

As for Ryan Ginie, he just keeps getting better.  He is in court literally 5 days a week representing clients.  "I enjoy the opportunity to help good people who have made bad decisions...many times because of drug addiction or mental health issues.  We help many people who are at their lowest point.  It is difficult, but it's very rewarding for me.  I know Trey feels the same...I know this in part because he still works as hard for his clients as he did 10 years ago when I was his law clerk.  We get a lot of referrals from past client, and clients who have changed their lives...many who have beaten drug addiction or alcohol addiction...drop by the office almost every week to just say 'thanks.'  Every time it happens, I remember why I do this."

Trey was awarded the President's Award for his contribution to the Johnson County Bar Association and was selected once again as a Super Lawyer.  In addition to his law practice, Trey served as Municipal Judge in Edgerton, Kansas. 

Terri and Alethea round out the staff.  Every good lawyer is better if they have a support staff that is capable of helping them prepare for court.  They are a big part of the reason that we were so successful in 2009.
